The 101 Malang OJ Hotel is the best 101 hotel Iāve ever visited. I was warmly welcomed, even though I felt a bit unpresentable after just returning from my Bromo trip. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and had a wonderfully positive vibe.

I am so flattered by this hotel's excellent service during my trip earlier visiting Malang with my 6 years old daughter for holidays. Our train was arrived at 10.00 am after super tiring 16 hours trip from Jakarta to Malang. Yet the hotel staff was so keen that they trying their best to accommodate our request for early check simply as we were so tired by the previous train trip. Thank you once again for your kindness, on behalf our family, we highly appreciated. The hotel room also great and pretty much spacious. Everything works well, and its near also with Alfamidi and Alfamart and bca atm. In front of this hotel, there's also 24hr drugstore. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to all my families, friends and colleagues when they visiting Malang in the future. Truly best experience.

Location is on the outskirts of the city, but wasn't a problem for me. The staff are nice and helpful. The size of the room not to big but comfy. The only problem that I had is cleanliness, there are many ants surround the table, dust on the curtain, aslo less attention to the bathroom.
