The WhatsApp customer service was amazing! I asked questions and was helped to find an available sleepbox, helped with early check-in, and sent photos for comparison. Keep up the good service! The room was okay and quiet, and the staff was quick to help me access my room. Tip: perhaps you could provide a separate toilet for toilet use, separate from the shower.

The hotel staff was very friendly and check-in was fast. The pool was very clean, and the rooms smelled wonderful, with the scent of the now-popular Keraton tea. The restaurant menu was extensive and the food was delicious. The service was fast, the restaurant staff were very friendly, and there was complimentary coffee or tea upon check-in.

I highly recommend this accommodation because the price is very cheap, close to the main road, clean rooms, private and clean bathroom, smooth wifi, friendly waiters, close access to Malioboro, you can walk, around the hotel there are lots of people selling food, safe and comfortable. My child and I really enjoyed staying here. It doesn't feel like I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. Next time I go on holiday to Jogja I will stay here. Hotel Cabin is the best.
