We had originally booked a room in the South side of the hotel, but due to technical difficulties, we were moved to the North side with a room upgrade. We were also transported directly by car because we had to walk with our parents and our luggage was quite heavy. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the room was very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and very helpful when we had complaints. I won't hesitate to stay at Liberta Malioboro Hotel on my next trip.

Honestly, the staff service here is the best. Let me tell you a little story: yesterday, my little brother was sick in the middle of the night, around 2 a.m., and needed to be taken to the hospital. Since we didn't know any hospitals in the Yogyakarta area, my mother asked the hotel staff which one was close and good. The hotel staff then offered to take my little brother to the hospital in their car. The staff waited at the hospital until my little brother finished his IV drip, around 6 a.m. Thank you to the staff at this hotel; it's the best, and I hope it always stays like this.

This is my first time staying at a guest house, and it’s super comfy. I really love the hospitality and the ambiance. Every spot feels like a grandma’s house—very warm and clean—with lots of gardens and plants around, which makes the place feel relaxing. They also have a café bar. The location is near the city center, making it easy to access everywhere.

The location is very strategic, just a short walk to tourist attractions. The room is very comfortable, the bathroom and room are clean, the hot water works, the AC is cold, and all the facilities are functioning. The swimming pool is clean. The staff is very friendly. In the evening, they serve fried noodles, coffee, snacks, etc. at affordable prices and the food is delicious. (My son even wants a house and a room like this inn.) This inn is highly recommended. We stayed here for 2 nights. If we go to Yogyakarta again, we will stay here. Thank you very much for the excellent service.
