All the staff are very friendly, there are many guards guarding the parking lot every night, the cleanliness of the rooms is quite good, cleaned every day by the staff, the swimming pool is quite clean, the location is very strategic and there are lots of delicious and cheap food.

I didn't expect anything at all but turns out the best thing I've got from this hotel is the food! Oh my god I had no idea that was the most delicious & satisfying fried rice I've ever ate as the hotel breakfast.

The atmosphere is quite calm, there is a swimming pool that is not too crowded so it feels like a private pool, but the rooms are just okay, there are only a few TV channels, hot water is not always ready, you have to wait for it

For a vacation just to sleep, the price is okay. However, the room isn't soundproof, there's no dressing table, and the TV probably needs to be upgraded to a Smart TV. Also, the pillows probably need replacing because they're dirty. :')

I ordered a family room but the hot water didn't work. After complaining, a technician was sent and it still didn't work. Finally, at 1 am, the hotel upgraded my room to family plus without having to pay again. Thank you.

The hotel staff were very friendly, we were welcomed and allowed to check in early at 1:00 PM, earlier than the usual 2:00 PM. The staff were very prompt in escorting us to our hotel room. This was certainly very helpful for us who were tired from traveling twice by plane since 4 AM from our city on the island of Sumatra. The room was neat and clean with plenty of trash cans in the room. Although this is an old hotel, the cleanliness of the room is well maintained. We booked a family room, the room was very large and spacious. Perfect for my husband and I who have 2 teenagers. The room matched the one in the application photo.
