The hotel is budget-friendly and offers excellent comfort. The location is strategic, and I'd stay here again if I ever visit Yogyakarta.

It was quite good for a reasonable price. The amenities were as described, but I was a bit confused when booking: the room was listed as having a garden view, but I actually got one inside.

For a vacation just to sleep, the price is okay. However, the room isn't soundproof, there's no dressing table, and the TV probably needs to be upgraded to a Smart TV. Also, the pillows probably need replacing because they're dirty. :') Other than that, the service is okay. The pool is clean, the water is strong, the pool is also clean, and the shower area is nice and clean.

I ordered a family room but the hot water didn't work. After complaining, a technician was sent and it still didn't work. Finally, at 1 am, the hotel upgraded my room to family plus without having to pay again. Thank you.

The hotel staff were very friendly, we were welcomed and allowed to check in early at 1:00 PM, earlier than the usual 2:00 PM. The staff were very prompt in escorting us to our hotel room. This was certainly very helpful for us who were tired from traveling twice by plane since 4 AM from our city on the island of Sumatra. The room was neat and clean with plenty of trash cans in the room. Although this is an old hotel, the cleanliness of the room is well maintained. We booked a family room, the room was very large and spacious. Perfect for my husband and I who have 2 teenagers. The room matched the one in the application photo.
