Very friendly and pleasant stay here, even if you lost something, they helped send it. Breakfast was complete. Alana is the best. Close to restaurants and shopping. It's also within walking distance to Alun-alun Kidul.

The ladies were very friendly, especially the one wearing the headscarf. She'd come in the morning and greet me with a smile. When I asked to move, she checked the available rooms and immediately allowed me to move to a lower room, as I was elderly. The room was clean and close to Malioboro, making it a strategic location.

A truly extraordinary experience, comfortable and very happy. Friendly staff, affordable breakfast, many delicious food variations, the chicken porridge is great, the agar agar is really delicious, not too sweet, just right. The hotel atmosphere is beautiful both day and night. It was perfect for the kids to swim when it was quiet so it felt like swimming in a private pool, even though it was high season, maybe when people were out and about. You can make as much coffee as you like, but I brought my own coffee so I didn't use the hotel coffee. Overall, I was very satisfied staying at this hotel.

I had a great stay at their hotel :) The staff is super super super friendly and one morning they prepared breakfast already at 4:45 for me because I had a tour booked that started at 5 AM. So they packed it for me and I could take it with me. Great service!!

Stayed at Hotel Selamat for 3 days, the receptionist and all the staff were very friendly, the location is also not far from the station and Malioboro, very strategic behind the fort, then 11 minutes from Tempo Gelato, the food in the restaurant is all delicious, the price is also affordable, the swimming pool is also clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, complete amenities, the hot water is also not fussy, the AC is cold.. Really happy to stay here...

This was my first stay here and I was satisfied. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is Islamic, the room is very spacious with a sofa and chairs. There is a prayer mat for prayer. The bathroom is clean, the hot water is good, the amenities are always refilled after cleaning the room, the AC is good, the menu for sahur is the same as breakfast. I think I will definitely come here again someday because there are many souvenir shops around it, there are Kurnia Sari, Juara Satoe, roti sisir and many more.
