The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Loved the stay there. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I have travelled 26 Countries and this has been one of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed in for an overall experience. The facilities are amazing, the Manager - Said made me feel extremely welcome and at home and the Executive Chef - Wawan Gunawan’s food was excellent, I looked forward to breakfast every morning!! This Hotel offers a lot for the price and really made my stay in Batam one I will remember!! I will definitely be back.
