Easy check in/out process, friendly and very helpful staff, spacious room, soft bed, TV with many channels, hot and cold water, cool AC, provided a dispenser for making tea/coffee, lots of delicious culinary around the guesthouse, there is an iconic cafe in front of the guesthouse. I just need a room to study as I have difficulty staying focused. The hotel is in the city centre, near my office and near campus, yet within a housing area where I know some of the residents (therefore giving me a sense of safety) and far from traffic noises.
It was my second time staying at that building (although different hotel management). But both stays were wonderful.
