From the Swissotel lobby, we were warmly greeted by Ms. Teta. Adding to the admiration of the IKN atmosphere, the hotel with a welcome. All Swissotel FO are the best, very informative and helpful: Ms. Teta, Ms. Rara, Ms. Melisa and Mas Bregas who found the best rental car partner hotel. My heart felt like I didn't want to check out of Swissotel, not only did the hotel feel luxurious but the attitude of the FO and the staff in the restaurant made my husband and I feel at home, warm, comfortable, family-like as if we had known each other for a long time even though it was only our first stay at Swissotel.
