I am not impressed with the property at the first step in. It feels dusty and not welcoming although the staff is friendly. I feel like this property needs to be saved. Negative side:- the price for that room for a night probably is overpriced compared to the room condition.- the linen stain, the manual key, the towels given at the reception, the breakfast box concept and all that cleanliness issue are horrendous.- the parking area is very small.- the toilet and it's leaking from the basin was horrible. Positive sides:- location wise is very strategies.- the concept is there but lacks attention to detail and cleanliness. However their lobby space needs to be revived again. It is a good place for coffee.- I like the dark gray mood in all rooms or corridors to create a calm, cool or quiet side but be aware that less lighting makes too much of a cold atmosphere. I am actually keeping the room now only for my belongings. Grandmas around the neighborhood is cheaper but the cleanliness is superb although they need some improvement in some details. But I am happier staying in property next door. Compared to Loft. Hey Loft, c'mon the industry is getting competitive but why don't you?

Reception was unprofessional and unexperienced. Key was not RFID but old fashion key. TV was not working (no signal) when inside the room. Room was old and dirty looking but it smelled fresh.

The room is comfortable, the air conditioner is cold, the shower is great, there is warm water, the bed is soft with lots of pillows, there are 4 guys. To the beach, you just have to walk. Check-in didn't take 5 minutes.

So far it's not bad because the access to Legian Beach is very close (only 5 minutes walk), the only downside is that the sink is clogged and the bed sheets have blood marks (only realized this after removing the bed cover). It's a bit dark too, but it's okay, my child is still okay and still sleeps soundly because the AC is cold. Hopefully it's fixed!

Get a comfortable room, cold air conditioner, less hot shower, according to the description you can't get towels, drinking water, shampoo soap, toothbrush. It's good to just rest.

The hotel is very ugly, far from the photos in the application, the rooms are really dirty, the toilet has yellow and yellow crusts, the toilet towels make itchy itchy.

The first night was given a room in the lower corner of the room, the lights were dim and the lights were very noisy, duh, it's bad, I asked for a double bed room, I gave it a twin, the reason was that the room was terrible, I woke up every hour, finally asked to change rooms, I was given as in the video, it's okay at least there is bright sunlight but the smell is really weird, stuffy, damp, until I spray a lot of perfume, it still hasn't gone away. The message with breakfast already said that it was asked to be delivered, it wasn't delivered and it wasn't given badly.

Kamar bersih rapih wangi minusnya hanya di parkiran yang sempit tapi tidak masalah karena di bagian sebrang hotel terdapat parkiran tapi area pasar. Telepon kamar tidak ada di ganti dengan nomor wa, sikat gigi tidak ada. Selebihnya baik.
