Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy. The receptionists and other staff were friendly and always ready to assist guests with any questions. It was great to find a budget hotel with great rooms and super-fast service. 🙌

It's not far from the airport (only about 5-7 km) and very close to Legian Beach. The hotel is located in the tourist center and is surrounded by supermarkets, spas, souvenir shops, and more. Even if you forget to bring clothes, toiletries, etc., they're easy to find because the hotel is close to shopping areas for various holiday necessities.

The hotel is cheap but clean, decent, comfortable, and close to lots of fun places! It's even just a short walk to Legian Beach. During my stay here, I often hung out on the beach in the afternoons. It was so comfortable and easy to access. I'm truly grateful to have found this hotel.

hmm... the entrance to the hotel is a bit narrow. In front of the hotel, there is always a traffic jam, maybe because the road is big, but the atmosphere is not conducive

Next time to Bali will stay here. The price is right for backpackers, the room is clean, the staff is friendly and very responsive. Very close to the crowd, looking for food is very close. Good job Loft 💕❤️✨

Friendly and helpful staff, location on the side of Legian road, near mini market and right in front of art market, cheap price, clean room and bathroom, limited parking but can park across the street for additional cost.

The staffs are really friendly, car parking is also available but not at the hotel building, must walk to the parking lot. Wi-Fi cannot be accessed easily probably cause my room at fifth floor, but the room space is big. The location is really nice.

Good, close to everywhere around Legian Kuta and very busy around the hotel, cool, the downside is the room is not soundproof so the sound of the hallway and street can sometimes be heard

Room was old and not maintained properly. There were holes on the towel and another towel had a black faded spot on it. They should not use that towel for the guest due to hygiene. The bathroom was not clean. It is not soundproof because you can hear people shower. Overall for the price, I could not ask too much about it, but at least they need to keep the room clean and hygienic as a basic hospitality.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the room had an unpleasant smell and there were squirrels coming in through the bathroom ventilation.
