This is my second time staying here. Yesterday I booked 2 rooms, a standard queen and a superior king. However, the superior king room seemed to have been unused for a long time. When I first entered, it smelled musty. The AC took a long time to cool down. I called the receptionist 3 times but the technician didn't come. After an hour, the AC started to cool down but not optimally. Then the technician came. Breakfast is scheduled for 6-7, 7-8, 8-9, and 9-10. Luckily, I got the 8-9 because the 7-8 was full. However, when I ate, it felt like I was just eating. A lot of the food was gone, and the wait for refills was long. Even the tea was out of stock. I had to wait for milk and porridge. I asked the staff, but they only said, "Wait, ma'am, and then refill it." With a scheduled system like that, you shouldn't run out and have to wait for so long, even though you were only given an hour. Even so, it doesn't stop me from staying there again. Hopefully, it will be better in the future.

Parking was difficult to find because it was booked by a motorcycle gang. I've stayed here several times. Usually, you can park two cars, but today, it's only for motorcycles. I was told to park far away on the side of the road outside the Sharia Hotel area. When I got to my room, it was also noisy, with the motorcycle gang members shouting and chatting. The room wasn't soundproof, so it was disturbing. The sheets and pillowcases were stained. The receptionist was also unfriendly and unhelpful. This hotel needs a lot of improvements, from the facilities to the staff. This time, I was very disappointed with my stay here.

Room: The TV had issues from the moment I checked in (which was already at 11 PM). I was tired, yet the TV did not work. I called the operator twice requesting engineering assistance, but no one came. Only after the third call—this time to the receptionist—did the engineer finally arrive (after approximately 30 minutes in total). In the morning, the TV malfunctioned again and was finally replaced with a new unit. The hot water also takes a long time to heat up, the rain shower is yellowish and should be treated, and the drainage is very slow, causing water to accumulate all the way to the area beneath the washbasin. Restaurant: There was a dead fly on one of the serving plates, and dirty cutlery on guest tables was not cleared promptly. There were so many uncollected utensils that it was difficult to find a clean table. It might be due to insufficient staffing. Pool and Playground: Both facilities are very good, but unfortunately they are quite far from the hotel, requiring guests to walk. Luckily, it was not raining when we went swimming and used the playground, so it was still manageable. Parking: When checking in at night, especially on weekends as I experienced, available parking spaces were extremely far—beyond the bridge and almost near the intersection. Service: I requested a laundry bag twice by calling the operator, but none was delivered. Only after the third call—again to the receptionist—did it arrive (also after around 30 minutes). The service response is rather slow, likely due to understaffing. Overall, these issues are still manageable and can certainly be improved. This is simply constructive feedback and suggestions. In general, the stay was adequate. Thank you.

It looked poorly maintained, peeling spots, the sink was clogged, and I was worried about whether the soap was new or not. Breakfast was quite good, tasty, and had enough variety. I was happy to have a late check-out option at 6 PM, with a 50% discount for 300,000 IDR, making it 150,000 IDR. When I checked out, they insisted on 175,000 IDR. Wow, why is the sale and purchase agreement for a sharia hotel like that?
