The hotel is nice, it is clean and the room has a good view with nice weather. The cons, I booked the hotel together with some of my friends (we booked 5 rooms)- when we asked if there is any place for us to have private yoga, the receptionist asked us to go to Customer Relationship (CR). The CR only give choice to use a small area in the gym to for private yoga with 6 persons (which is not proper and not private) and asked us to rent the room if want to have a proper place 😂😂. Lucky we met a nice guy when came to the gym room, he drive us to use the room beside the sport area (near pine lobby). It is proper and private. Suggestion for the hotel, you need to train your CR to differentiate which one hotel activities for client and client who is looking for event.

It's really amazing to stay at Mason Pine Hotel, even though it's been two times since I've stayed there. The kids are so happy they don't want to go home. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
