The check-in process is very fast, because they have already prepared the print out, so come, just say your name and show your ID card. The hotel room is quite comfortable, it's just that in the room I occupied there was an outdoor AC noise, coupled with a very bad Wifi connection. The condition of the furniture seems to need repair. The swimming pool is quite clean and comfortable for children. In addition, the location is very close to the west coast. For breakfast, it has the taste of a 3-star hotel standard.

The gallon of water doesn't taste good, like the old one, and the gallon is already dirty :( other facilities are okay so far, it's a shame the gallon of water is dirty, and after drinking a lot it makes me disgusted

Upon first check-in, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, and the swimming pool was also clean and comfortable. To get to West Beach, you just need to cross the street and the beach is right in front of you. The breakfast was excellent for a room rate of only 700,000 Rupiah per night. I'll definitely be back.

The staff was unhelpful. My husband and I arrived at the hotel in the rain, carrying our children in our suitcases, but no one came to help us, even though we were the only guests. Breakfast was limited, just rice, bread, fruit, coconut crunch, coffee, tea, and eggs. The room's AC leaked, but the pool was fine. It was okay for a one-night stay.

Seeing some of the bad reviews on Google makes me confused. For me, having been here twice, everything is perfect. From the excellent WhatsApp communication, early check-in, cool room, well-functioning bathroom, to the shady swimming pool right in front of the room, you can just dive in. The location is also strategic, right in front of the West Coast Hotel. If you're hungry at night, there's a fried rice vendor and a minimart on the right. The receptionist and all the other staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast is varied, and the fried chicken and omelettes are delicious. There's also bread and fruit. A few suggestions: the restaurant could substitute fruit juice for the syrup. The extra breakfast could be priced slightly differently for children under 12 and adults. 😁 I'll definitely come back here if I'm in Pangandaran 🥰

After several times to Pangandaran, this is the first time I've tried staying here because it's often full. Thank God, yesterday I got a room because it wasn't a long holiday. Strategic location, breakfast is quite varied, facilities are okay, service is also okay. Just a little bit of cleanliness needs to be improved. I want to go there again next time 😁👍

Friendly staff, good service, but when I stayed on the 2nd floor, the lights snapped, so I moved to the 4th floor. The next day the elevator was broken, so I had to go up and down the stairs, huhu. Next time, it will be repaired.

I always stay here when I go to Pangandaran. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's right next to the beach, so you don't have to walk far. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious, although the selection is a bit lacking. But overall, everything is great. 👍

For the friendly hotel staff, just a suggestion for rooms with balconies to be provided with chairs, tables, and ashtrays for smoking, and to replace the dispenser in the room with a small refrigerator, because with a decent rate without a refrigerator, it feels like something is missing in the room. Hopefully the food will be more varied in the future, thank you.

There was a slight problem with the room's AC suddenly turning off and on again even though it had been set previously. I booked a room in the tower 3 times through Traveloka and was placed on the 4th floor 3 times, hehehe, but overall it was okay.
