Spacious, comfortable room, next time I go to Jakarta I will come back here again.

The breakfast has many choices and they are all delicious.

Well, the room is good! Bathroom clean, beds are clean, good environment, and the view is good too!

The staff here are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are also clean. Breakfast is lively on a weekday, with lots of people and good service. The service, when you ask for a spoon or fork, takes a long time to arrive.

The room is comfortable but the AC seems small so it doesn't cool down immediately when you arrive. The breakfast food is quite good, there are many choices of bread and other varied hotel food. When you are in the west lift, the staff told you that if you want to go to the gym or swimming pool, you can go to the 7th floor first and then move to the east lift to the 17th floor. The receptionist asked again whether the room is smoking or non-smoking even though you have booked a non-smoking room. When you arrive at 1:30 PM, you want to try early check-in but the room is not ready yet so you have to wait until 2:00 PM.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful. The only downside is that not all rooms have smart TV (Netflix is not available).

Excellent services from check-in with welcome lounge until checkout.

Friendly staff, location close to the city

I stayed on the 25th floor. Upon check-in, I received free juice, cereal, and cream soup. The service was available from 2-9 PM. To get around, just take the pedestrian bridge. Take the Transjakarta bus and get off at Pancoran. Then take the LRT to Dukuh. Get off the TJ bus towards Kota. Get off at the Hotel Indonesia roundabout. There are lots of souvenirs there. The toll road exit and entrance are close. Unfortunately, I didn't check the directions first; I just used Google Maps. I ended up getting lost and turning around, similar to the Rambutan turnoff, and it was jammed. I should have just gone straight into the middle lane after leaving the hotel. As a result, I left at 7:30 PM and arrived in Cilegon at 1:30 AM.

It was a great stay here. For 3 nights, I felt very comfortable.

When I entered the room, it smelled amazing, and the bathroom was also fragrant and super clean. The service was excellent, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Very good service, fast, varied food

The staffs were very friendly and accomodating. They follow-up on our comfort and needs during the stay. Room was very clean, however please note that that the walls are pretty thin. Having said that, it was overall a very pleasant stay.
