It was great experience to spend a weekend at Mercure Hotel Karawang, a nice city view, clean swimming pool, nice room, kids friendly, tasty and various breakfast. We're definitely will go back to this hotel.

The receptionist at check in was very friendly. Apple juice was available in the lobby while waiting for the check in process. The room was clean and spacious for the deluxe type and the good thing was that there was a gallon in front of the room. So you can refill drinking water freely. The types of food at breakfast are complete. The city view is beautiful from the 10th floor

Mercure Hotel Very Impressive Hotel The atmosphere is calm, the hotel staff is very friendly, the security guards were very attentive to me. When I woke up that morning to go to the ATM, the security guards gave me clear directions. When I returned to the hotel, they also took care of me and asked me if I had found the ATM, thank God, even though it was 3 a.m. The restaurant staff are the best. Why? The food is delicious, especially the traditional food, which is very delicious. And the staff are also very attentive. Don't forget to take a photo together, so it will be a memory. Those two days in October were very enjoyable at the Mercure Hotel.

I ordered a superior room with 1 king bed, but when I checked in, the front office staff said that the rooms with 1 king bed were sold out, only 2 twin beds were available. I still asked for the same room as the order, but the staff still said they were sold out and then I was given a room with a leaking AC.

Now, you have to leave the room to get drinks from the dispensers provided on each floor. Towels weren't provided last night. There weren't any. You have to ask for them first. Otherwise, it's okay.
