My stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary utilities, making it extremely comfortable. In-room service was fast, efficient, and attentive to every request. The location is also perfect just a short walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza and Indomaret, which made everything so convenient. All the staff, from the doorman to the reception, were genuinely warm, friendly, and professional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very strategically located near the largest shopping mall in Surabaya. It's very close to McDonald's and KFC, which are also nearby. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean. The rooms are very spacious and offer stunning views of the surrounding buildings. The elevator is very fast to the upper floors. As for food, I didn't have time for breakfast there. The price is not too expensive. If I ever come to Surabaya again, I will stay at the Midtown Hotel again.

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly. If possible, put a power outlet near the bed. Also, stick to bottled mineral water, not gallons. Otherwise, it's fine.

I've stayed here four times and I think it's the best hotel in its class. Friendly service, clean hotel, comfortable rooms, great views, and strategic location... the best part is the food... lots of variety and delicious food, really serious.

The breakfast was varied and had quite a lot of choices. The only downside was the parking lot was small, and cars had to take turns getting in and out. Overall, the location was very strategic. The comfort level was quite good. There was a water dispenser in the corridor in front of the room.

The location is quite close to the airport. If it's not raining, you can always walk from the hotel to the airport. Breakfast is quite varied. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. I often stay at Midtown, but this time the lobby was being renovated, so it was a bit less comfortable.

lobby was being renovated (without any notice when i booked) so everything was very messy. lift also takes forever and one of them broke down on our last 2 days here. the room we got was very dark, parts of the bathroom was not thoroughly clean (hello mould) and the shower head didnt work properly. good location but meh room.
