The hotel staff is friendly. It's just that the balcony doesn't have chairs for smoking, hehe. My son suggested adding a slide to the children's pool. When we arrived for breakfast at 8:30, it was already mostly gone, hehe. The pudding wasn't restocked. Overall, it was great.

The hotel is actually nice but the facilities are lacking. Like there are only 3 small elevators with lots of rooms and lots of people waiting for the elevator to go up/down can take 5-10 minutes. The restaurant is crowded during breakfast, it should be arranged with a time coupon so that not everyone is crowded, lots of food is empty waiting for refills for around 30 minutes. The swimming pool is dirty, lots of food may be eaten while swimming. But check-in and check-out are fast, while waiting there are also lots of activities so it's not boring. The only thing lacking is the facilities. I left my phone behind but I didn't inform them even though they found it in the room from 11:32 and I just realized it was left behind at around 7:00 PM. I had to go back there and apparently their standard operating procedure is not to contact guests if they leave something behind until the guest contacts them first.

TV broadcasts are only available in the living room, there is no TV on the other one, there have been complaints but no one has fixed it, the restaurant is so busy that the food in the buffet runs out, sometimes it is empty

The service is still good, but the room is noisy from the outside but the plumbing inside is so noisy that it disturbs sleep, the towels are a bit smelly and the bathroom smells of urine. This second visit was less than satisfactory

Everything is okay... very pleasant... but there is something a bit disturbing when checking out... too rushed... it's still 10 o'clock and they're already asking to check out and then there's knocking on the door... so my rest time is disturbed... and they keep calling me every hour... that's what makes it uncomfortable... please fix it

first time staying here for 2 nights, first impression when entering the room was really good, comfortable, spacious, clean, fragrant.. next time I will stay here again and it will be my favorite hotel.. for breakfast there are also many variations and delicious.. only for the lobby and elevator are separate so it's a bit of a back and forth hehehe but it's okay overall amazing

The room is clean, fragrant and the breakfast is complete and not stingy with the menu, it also looks like the chef cooks cleanly because even the vegetable ingredients are very fresh when cooked...
