When we arrived, the sheets and blankets hadn't been changed, they were dirty and smelled of sweat, and we needed to change them, but luckily they were. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Not bad for a 3-star hotel. It's a congested area, apparently. It's very close to Waru Station, so it's a bit noisy every time a train passes. The bed is comfortable, the hair dryer is good (hair dries quickly), no mineral water, instead there's a water dispenser in the hallway. Breakfast is okay.
