It's so hot sleeping here, the AC must be broken. I was given a room with AC that wasn't cold at all, so I couldn't sleep well because I was in the heat all night.

For a family of 4 (2 small kids) this was a great stay. The deluxe room is spacious. You could add an extra bed or what we did was use the sofa for an extra bed. The room was clean and had no weird smell, AC cold enough. The bathroom is a little small, but that doesn't really matter. The food was decent, just a normal taste nothing special, but good. The staff is friendly. It's actually close to the airport, but because you have to go around to get here it does take about 20-30 minutes. The kids were happy as they could see planes fly over, but it isn't very noisy when they fly over. So overall a good stay, especially for this price.

Actually the room is quite good and quite spacious, it's just that there are some things that make it uncomfortable such as the twin bed mattresses combined into one so that when sleeping in the middle it is hard, uncomfortable, the bathroom soap doesn't foam enough, luckily you always have your own toiletries ready, and for breakfast it's simple, if it's for 2 people the portion is a bit small but if it's for 1 person it's still quite good, hopefully in the future it can be given more attention.

The lobby atmosphere is comfortable because it is cool and there is a garden, the atmosphere is really natural even though access to the hotel has to go through a narrow alley, but it is worth it to stay here if you are having a concert in Tangerang so it is close to the airport.

I was expecting nothing but this terrible experience. The sheets still had faint stains, I don't know what. The floor was dusty (as if it hadn't been mopped). The AC wasn't cold enough and stopped blowing air for a few hours. The electricity went out for about 20 minutes in the early morning (only in our room, which was weird). When I went to reception, there was no one there, and WhatsApp had a single tick mark. Wi-Fi was often missing. However, the driver who picked us up from the airport was super friendly :)

Very friendly and polite staff. The bedding is comfortable. only feedback would be to ensure toiletries are stocked. There was no shampoo or toilet rolls in our room when we arrived and we were too tired to request for any.

The staff was nice. The food was delicious. I was allowed to leave my luggage until the afternoon even though check-out was in the afternoon. I even returned my headset, which I left in the room. But the room was really damp.
