The lobby atmosphere is comfortable because it is cool and there is a garden, the atmosphere is really natural even though access to the hotel has to go through a narrow alley, but it is worth it to stay here if you are having a concert in Tangerang so it is close to the airport.

I was expecting nothing but this terrible experience. The sheets still had faint stains, I don't know what. The floor was dusty (as if it hadn't been mopped). The AC wasn't cold enough and stopped blowing air for a few hours. The electricity went out for about 20 minutes in the early morning (only in our room, which was weird). When I went to reception, there was no one there, and WhatsApp had a single tick mark. Wi-Fi was often missing. However, the driver who picked us up from the airport was super friendly :)

Very friendly and polite staff. The bedding is comfortable. only feedback would be to ensure toiletries are stocked. There was no shampoo or toilet rolls in our room when we arrived and we were too tired to request for any.
