When checking in, they asked for an additional fee, they said it was for cleaning money, then the soap was given marina soap which was cut without wrapping, the sheets smelled like drool, like the sheets weren't replaced. Then the mothers who worked there were very unfriendly. Sorry I didn't get a photo, if you don't believe it, you can try to hang out here, guaranteed regret.

It's filthy like it's never been cleaned, even though the cleaning money has been spent, but the result? Blankets and towels are thin and smelly, the mattress has a lot of sand, the staff is not friendly and doesn't want to help.

The place is unbelievably dirty, smells, lots of stains on the sheets for who knows how long it hasn't been replaced, dirty walls, dirty toilets, and when we arrived we were asked for 10 thousand for the reason of cleaning money.

Sangat buruk, penjaga parkirnya berisik putar musik keras-keras sampai pagi bikin yang menginap tidak bisa tidur. Jam 10 pagi air dimatikan padahal yang menginap belum check out

Kurang puas dengan kebersihannya karena hotel terbilang jorok contoh seprai dan selimut bau mungkin kurang dicuci dan fasilitas hotel banyak yang rusak seperti shower dan AC kurang dingin. Dan pelayanan kurang sopan dengan pengunjung, yang saya sangat kecewakan yaitu kacamata saya hilang di dalam hotel saat saya berada di luar hotel.
