Kurang puas dengan kebersihannya karena hotel terbilang jorok contoh seprai dan selimut bau mungkin kurang dicuci dan fasilitas hotel banyak yang rusak seperti shower dan AC kurang dingin. Dan pelayanan kurang sopan dengan pengunjung, yang saya sangat kecewakan yaitu kacamata saya hilang di dalam hotel saat saya berada di luar hotel.
