This is a very unprofessional inn, we were given rooms that were not cold with the reason because we ordered through the application. Really the inn is very ugly the rooms also smell so we don't stay here and look for other lodging for our advice to friends, don't stay here if the order is good.

The room does not match the picture. The air conditioner is hot, the sheets are itchy like they have never been washed plus the receptionist is fierce, basically I lost staying there, really disappointed.

Early check-in is delivered directly to the receptionist, if check-in via the application, you cannot select a room and the location of the room is only on the 3rd floor, specifically for check-in via the application, not check-in directly at the hotel, then the receptionist also direct information to me about the lack of air conditioning cold. Arriving at the room checked, it turned out that only 1 pillowcase was used, the sheets were dirty, no recommendation to check-in again here.

Kamar panas karena AC tidak berfungsi, pelayanan sangat menjengkelkan. Saya menunggu sekitar 1 jam tapi karyawan penginapan ini tidak ada yang muncul, sampai saya mekat masuk di ruangan receptionis untuk mengambil ktap saya. gangin pernah menginap disini.

Poor, the facilities listed in the application are not like those in the location oyo should consider the inn invited to work with this as well as fraud. I checked out at 3 in the morning because I could not sleep because the AC was not cold, the TV was broken, there was no WiFi. The bed cover was dirty anyway, nothing was recommended at the hotel.
