My family and I really enjoyed staying here, the receptionist was very friendly, the rooms were clean, the TV channels were okay, the hot water was okay, strategically near the shopping center, lots of people selling food, the view at night was very good from the 10th floor, the nuance was comfortable, just really okay with that price. Next want to stay there again.

Parking has no cooperation with the management so it follows the mall parking rate. Those who want to stay here should at least prepare more money for parking. The room itself is spacious but there is no soap for bathing and shampoo. Next time please pay attention to such small things for guests

The TV is off, the bathroom light is off, at 12 o'clock at night all the lights in the room are off, the receptionist's phone is never picked up, WA is never picked up, all complaints have to go downstairs to be delivered. All the walls of the room are peeling paint, the bathroom is super dirty, the toilet is very dirty, parking is paid for, the sheets and blankets have many stains and have faded to black, the floor is dirty with many stains.

The accesbility is good. Its easy to find out the location. But unfortunally can not watch the national channel TV, only You Tou Tube, spotify. And not provide a cup of mineral water. Hopefully next can be better for the services! Thanks.
