Everyone was very friendly and helpful. From the security to the housekeeping, they were very friendly and helpful. The food was also delicious. If you want to stay here, you must try the seafood matah aglio olio, it's so delicious. The pastries are also very good. The rooms are also comfortable with great lighting. Suitable for families. Staying at PORTA by The Ambarrukmo truly provided an extraordinary and memorable experience from arrival to check-out. The comfort continued into the room, which was very clean, fragrant, and neatly arranged. The soft mattress and pillows successfully ensured maximum sleep quality, plus all the in-room facilities were very complete and functioned perfectly. Another attraction not to be missed is swimming or simply relaxing on the What the Deck area while enjoying the view of the city of Jogja—and Mount Merapi on a clear day—in the afternoon, it felt very calming. As for culinary matters, breakfast at Havene Restaurant was very satisfying with a variety of local and western menu options, all of which were delicious. The location is also super strategic on Jalan Colombo, making it very close to the campus area (UGM/UNY), culinary centers, and easy to reach if you want to go out of the hotel. The entire experience was enhanced by the incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive staff, making everything feel efficient. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for staycations, family vacations, or business trips because the price is commensurate with the facilities and services provided. I will definitely stay at PORTA again when I visit Jogja again!

Overall, everything is okay, it's right next to the UNY Sports Hall. It's a recommended place to stay if you're attending a graduation. The staff are also very helpful. I was supposed to check in at 2:00 PM, but I asked for 12:30 PM. There was one ready, and it was free. 🥰

Although the parking lot is always full, the staff is very accommodating with prompt valet service. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have a great vibe. The only downside is the bathroom smells a bit when you first enter, but it gradually disappears. Breakfast is quite varied, but the taste is still average.

The hotel was very aesthetic! No doubt in ambience, the lobby area should be the main character for the hotel; so artsy! Room was spacious and comfy to take a rest all day. The pool was small, but has a great view; you can take photos there! They have a bar and restaurant, unfortunately we didn't try it. Overall 9/10 for a great experience in PORTA!
