Porta is always my top choice of hotel when my wife and I visit Yogyakarta. It's simple: it truly feels like home. The staff is always friendly, we're always well-received, and what we love most is the room. It's spacious and simple, yet very aesthetic. The breakfast is always satisfying, with a wide variety of delicious food choices. The Havene restaurant is also great, with delicious menus. We'll definitely be back here for our next trip. In fact, it's going to be soon in another three weeks. Even though it's listed as a 3-star hotel, it feels like a 4- or 5-star experience. Good job, Porta!

Had such a lovely stay at Porta Hotel! The place is super cosy, spacious, and totally Instagrammable. Everything was clean and comfy. Location-wise, it’s right in the city centre and really close to many tourist spots — super convenient. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they made us feel really welcome. Breakfast was amazing — so many options and everything tasted great. Definitely would love to stay here again!

There's something unique and amusing about this hotel, especially at the parking lot exit. There's a sign prohibiting right turns from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, but in reality, you're free to turn right or left without any time restrictions.

I was staying there for about 17 nights. The room was really good and clean. However, every time I ordered room service, the food was not that good. I think you guys should improve it. Sorry to say, but overall service was good.

When checking in, there was only 1 room available (booked 2 rooms but it was explained by the staff on duty that they were still preparing them), the room was good, quite big, clean, had sufficient lighting, the AC was cold, the amenities were complete like other hotels, the downside was that they only gave 1 pair of sandals (per room) even though there were 2 people staying, soap and shampoo were not checked if there was only a small amount left 🥲 (thought it was only in room 1, but it turned out to be the same in the other rooms), the wifi was slow 😌 using your own data package is actually okay but in certain areas there is no signal (providers used: XL, Axis, Simpati), but overall it's okay, suitable for those who want a staycation (not near the crowd), breakfast tasted okay and varied, the facilities are okay, but when I arrived yesterday the sauna was not working 🥹.. Check-in was very efficient and fast, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was adequate and quite spacious, but the windows weren't particularly soundproof, so traffic noise from outside was still audible, especially if the bed was near the window. Breakfast was surprisingly tasty, with the main course being local but with distinctly Indonesian flavors, and the yellow rice was delicious.

Thank you for the exceptional service. The birthday greetings written on the wall made me so happy. The breakfast was delicious, especially the black sticky rice. With coconut milk, it was amazing. The pudding was also delicious. The variety was varied and always changing. I stayed there for two days. There's a swimming pool and a sauna. The location is close to everywhere.

At first glance, the parking lot was small, but it turns out there's a security team and concierge on hand for valet parking. Although the lobby is small, it's very cozy. The interior is very nice and clean. The room was very spacious and the interior was also nice. The bed and bathroom were clean. The breakfast selection at the restaurant wasn't extensive, but the food was delicious! In conclusion, staying at PORTA is definitely worth it! Thank you
