A hotel located near Gadjah Mada University (UGM). It's a strategic location for a visit to UGM. The staff are very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to reservations and cleaning. The rooms are clean, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. I haven't tried the pool yet, but I would definitely return to this hotel again.

The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were all friendly, the room was ok and spacious, the lights and bathroom worked well, the cleanliness was good, I liked the design. As a flip-flop lover, I liked the hotel slippers 😁. A suggestion might be to provide a laundry bag, but if the concept is to reduce plastic waste, it's good... Thank you.

The hotel is nice although it was crowded with a sports team (Kai Volleyball) who did not respect other guests' privacy and quietness. The hotel employees unfortunately didn't do anything about it. We did not feel very welcome as a consequence. Most employees have basic English, and communication was sometimes difficult even with the front desk. Meals were good, and the driving service was also great.

I've stayed here twice, and I think it's the most comfortable and closest hotel to the Gadjah Mada University area. There are also plenty of restaurants and food stalls nearby, so you'll have no trouble getting hungry. The service is also excellent and friendly. I'll definitely stay at this hotel if I'm heading to the UGM or UNY campuses.

I lost my watch after checking out. They let me go back upstairs, and the housekeeping staff even helped me move the bed to look for it. It turned out the watch was in the car, which was using valet at the time, and it wasn't missing. Really appreciated.

We stayed during peak season, so the price was overpriced for the mediocre room amenities. However, the breakfast options were extensive. Breakfast for children was inexpensive, under 100,000 Rupiah.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. From the security to the housekeeping, they were very friendly and helpful. The food was also delicious. If you want to stay here, you must try the seafood matah aglio olio, it's so delicious. The pastries are also very good. The rooms are also comfortable with great lighting. Suitable for families. Oh yeah, they also have a sauna room, jacuzzi, and plunge bath. Cool!

Overall, everything is okay, it's right next to the UNY Sports Hall. It's a recommended place to stay if you're attending a graduation. The staff are also very helpful. I was supposed to check in at 2:00 PM, but I asked for 12:30 PM. There was one ready, and it was free. 🥰

Fun 🥰 To take my child to the 2026 UGM UM, the hotel is close to UGM. The room is comfortable, the staff is friendly. The breakfast could be improved. Hopefully, my child will get into UGM.
