We had great night staying here. Check in process was in seconds only, and the staffs were friendly. Comfortable and clean room with tv, well working ac and adequate hot water. Spacious enough for the 4 of us. Breakfast was so great also, true that their foods were delicious. Will come back next time.

The security was initially unfriendly, but when he saw us taking our suitcases out of the new car, the man smiled. He couldn't sleep at night because someone was decorating for the wedding reception. People were laughing noisily, and it could be heard all the way to the room. I was hoping that the trip to Tangerang from Semarang would be peaceful at the hotel, but it didn't go away. Luckily, the breakfast was quite delicious. Maybe in the future, they will pay attention to guest comfort and noise from outside (soundproofing). Because we were looking for a hotel to rest after a long trip from Semarang to Tangerang.

for a 1 day sleep only, it's a good place! the only complaint was that theres a plate someone left behind in front of my room and it was never cleaned until tomorrow, and the wifi was a bit problematic at night. aside those 2 issues i had. the bed was nice and the room had no problems!

The location turned out to be inconvenient. I stayed on a Friday or Saturday night. I checked in around 9 PM. When I arrived, I could already hear loud music from the cafe across the street. I was assigned room 319, which seemed to be directly across from the cafe. The live music was so loud that we couldn't sleep. It didn't stop until around 11 PM, which was very late at night, disrupting my rest. I was already tired from the trip and hoping to get some rest.

When checking in, we asked the staff whether there was a chiller in the room or not. The information was that there was one, but when we entered the room it turned out there wasn't one. When we had breakfast, there was no separate room for smoking so there were people smoking in front of the food buffet. The cleanliness of the room and toilet was still dirty.

Stayed here, there was a romantic dinner package to try. The FB team informed us that the service couldn't accommodate impromptu romantic dinners, but they still tried. So the menu offered didn't match the one on the poster. But the kitchen team was cool and provided a different menu, and surprisingly, for an impromptu meal, everything tasted delicious. The breakfast was also delicious, especially the waffles. I'll definitely come back here again 😁 Very recommended
