A perfect accommodation in Sanur. A very family friendly, ambience so calm. The variation of food are selectively well curated. The staffs are super friendly and professional. Location for tourist attractions are very near & various. And the price are also friendly for near a sea front spots.

Strategic location in Sanur. You can practically walk to the beach and stroll along the walking path by the beach. A nice and big hotel with good facilities; we really enjoy the swimming pool.

The hotel is comfortable, strategically located in Sanur, and clean.
However, I had a disappointing experience on Saturday, September 15th at 3:00 PM. The security guard guarding the parking lot was very unfriendly and rude.
Overall, the hotel service is good, but the security guard is a bit annoying.

I didn't have time to tour the hotel, but along the way from my room to the lobby, the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, even though it doesn't have a beach.
The lobby and surrounding area have plenty of sofas for relaxing, and the garden is soothing to the eyes.

The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed with natural materials, giving a cozy yet refined vibe. What stood out most was the organic touch: locally crafted furniture, soft earthy tones, and a balance of indoor–outdoor living that allowed the tropical breeze to flow through. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring deep, restful sleep after days spent exploring Sanur’s coastline.
Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, wholesome, and beautifully presented. Seasonal fruits, artisanal bread, and locally inspired dishes made every morning a delightful ritual. The café area itself felt like a little garden sanctuary, surrounded by greenery and the gentle sound of water.
The staff truly elevated the experience. Attentive yet never intrusive, they went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of, from arranging bicycles for a coastal ride to recommending hidden spots for sunset views.
The location was ideal: tucked away enough to feel private and serene, yet only a short stroll to the beach and Sanur’s charming cafés. Evenings walking along the beach path, followed by coming “home” to such a calm environment, made the stay feel balanced and restorative.
Overall, this wasn’t just accommodation — it was an experience of living in harmony with the gentle rhythm of Sanur. Organic, genuine, and deeply pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone seeking not just comfort, but a true sense of place.

I have been staying at the hotel before.
Unfortunately my latest experiences staying it’s a bit disappointing about my late check-out as I mentioned already when I booked for two rooms, sadly they didn’t grant me, even though we arrived a bit late to check-in at that time.
Perhaps, they don’t give such a personalised services for repeater guests like me. So be it!
The reason I stay there because the location, it’s close to Sanur beach and to Sanur port.
What I love from this resort - breakfast time, my Muslim family can grab halal food. And as for me I love how they also give a space for people with certain dietary preferences like me who doesn’t it cow. Also I think the one who has given me the boiled eggs need to be more friendly as I was waiting so long and he has not said apologies either.
Hopefully the friendliness and services how to treat guests - especially repeaters guest could work generally whether “Bule” or “Not Bule”.

It's a nice location, close to the beach, it's only a 5-minute drive to the mall, the food at the restaurant is also delicious, but one of the front desk staff, the woman who served the welcome drink, was a bit unfriendly. I took the welcome drink and she said, "Are you checking in here?" I said yes, 2 nights, then she said it's just for one drink. "Oh my gosh, I'm staying for 2 nights, so I asked for just one glass and she said maybe because I'm a local, not a foreigner, so she said. Even though I saw the foreigners going back and forth to get it, she just kept quiet. I was a bit offended.

I didn't have time to tour the hotel, but along the way from my room to the lobby, the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, even though it doesn't have a beach.
The lobby and surrounding area have plenty of sofas for relaxing, and the garden is soothing to the eyes.

My recent stay in Sanur was truly rejuvenating — the hotel managed to create an atmosphere that felt both natural and warm, perfectly aligned with the relaxed charm of the area. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality that instantly set the tone for a peaceful retreat.
The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed with natural materials, giving a cozy yet refined vibe. What stood out most was the organic touch: locally crafted furniture, soft earthy tones, and a balance of indoor–outdoor living that allowed the tropical breeze to flow through. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring deep, restful sleep after days spent exploring Sanur’s coastline.
Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, wholesome, and beautifully presented. Seasonal fruits, artisanal bread, and locally inspired dishes made every morning a delightful ritual. The café area itself felt like a little garden sanctuary, surrounded by greenery and the gentle sound of water.
The staff truly elevated the experience. Attentive yet never intrusive, they went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of, from arranging bicycles for a coastal ride to recommending hidden spots for sunset views.
The location was ideal: tucked away enough to feel private and serene, yet only a short stroll to the beach and Sanur’s charming cafés. Evenings walking along the beach path, followed by coming “home” to such a calm environment, made the stay feel balanced and restorative.
Overall, this wasn’t just accommodation — it was an experience of living in harmony with the gentle rhythm of Sanur. Organic, genuine, and deeply pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone seeking not just comfort, but a true sense of place.

I have been staying at the hotel before.
Unfortunately my latest experiences staying it’s a bit disappointing about my late check-out as I mentioned already when I booked for two rooms, sadly they didn’t grant me, even though we arrived a bit late to check-in at that time.
Perhaps, they don’t give such a personalised services for repeater guests like me. So be it!
The reason I stay there because the location, it’s close to Sanur beach and to Sanur port.
What I love from this resort - breakfast time, my Muslim family can grab halal food. And as for me I love how they also give a space for people with certain dietary preferences like me who doesn’t it cow. Also I think the one who has given me the boiled eggs need to be more friendly as I was waiting so long and he has not said apologies either.
Hopefully the friendliness and services how to treat guests - especially repeaters guest could work generally whether “Bule” or “Not Bule”.

It's a nice location, close to the beach, it's only a 5-minute drive to the mall, the food at the restaurant is also delicious, but one of the front desk staff, the woman who served the welcome drink, was a bit unfriendly. I took the welcome drink and she said, "Are you checking in here?" I said yes, 2 nights, then she said it's just for one drink. "Oh my gosh, I'm staying for 2 nights, so I asked for just one glass and she said maybe because I'm a local, not a foreigner, so she said. Even though I saw the foreigners going back and forth to get it, she just kept quiet. I was a bit offended.

A perfect accommodation in Sanur. A very family friendly, ambience so calm. The variation of food are selectively well curated. The staffs are super friendly and professional. Location for tourist attractions are very near & various. And the price are also friendly for near a sea front spots.
