Strategic location on the roadside, close to Ciater, the hotel staff are friendly and fast in serving, escorted to the front of the room, there is a yard for children to play, I prefer it because there is a prayer room, so it is comfortable if you want to pray... This hotel is really okay... It is really recommended.

The place is nice, the air still feels cold, I chose the family room, similar to a villa, provided with a kitchen that can cook, gas is also provided. Clean rooms, lots of water, clean toilets. If I go to Ciater, I plan to stay here again. Thank you Puspa Sari.

Very happy and very satisfying service, besides that we were spoiled with the scenery that is subhanallah good. There are horses also for those who want to ride horses, there is a swimming pool, the rooms are also nice, the point is solid.

friendly staff,,,standard room, yes, but yesterday I got a room where the water heater couldn't be adjusted to the temperature, booked a room + breakfast, usually breakfast is at the restaurant but this time only fried rice with fried eggs was delivered to the room...

The hotel staff is friendly, while staying there someone lost their helmet, even though there was a night guard, The food variety is quite good, although there is only fried rice, chicken soto only gets soup even though breakfast is at 8 am, for the kids there is bread... it's been my 3rd staycation here, the pool is small, hopefully next time there will be a pool for adults, strategic location on the main road

The best stay here. Plus, there's a lot of food... there's a kids' pool, and the service is super duper friendly. The fried rice at the restaurant is absolutely delicious! Need snacks? It's close to Indomaret. There are also street food vendors who stop by the hotel and want to go to the viral Dapur Ngeunah Teuing, it's so close.

No Wi-Fi. The bathroom is still dirty. The water heater is not hot at night. The mattress is minimal and uncomfortable (old mattress). The spooky atmosphere of the old building seems to be poorly maintained.

The bed collapsed, so my back hurt all over. The bathroom door also couldn't be closed. Overall it was ok and comfortable for a place to stay during the holidays. The staff was also very helpful when I lost my phone.
