The place is comfortable, beautiful, complete facilities, including a refrigerator, hot shower. Every day the rooms are cleaned. Cheerful and cheerful. Very suitable for those who travel full day, going home early in the morning and returning late at night like me and my children. Go home to the hotel and rest straight away. That's what we did during our 10 day stay at Restu Bali. If you're tired, just cross the hotel and there's a massage & spa. 😁. Many other guests also stay here. There is a laundry service too. Fragrant and neat. The last day the children can have time to swim in the swimming pool area. Success always bless Bali Hotel. 🙏🏻.

The hotel is nice and beautiful, there are 2 swimming pools, we come at 10 am and apparently can check in early, in front of the central road directly, near everywhere, can rent a motorbike too, the breakfast menu is varied and suitable for Indonesian people. Next time, if we go to Bali we will stay here again.

The location is indeed strategic, but the hotel is old and neglected. I got a room at the back, the atmosphere was scary, the air conditioner in the room was not cold, like it was not using air conditioning, only a fan, the wardrobe door was already off, that night my children and I immediately checked out even though there was no refund even though we had booked for 2 nights, look for a better hotel so that your vacation is not spoiled by the hotel.

This hotel is suitable for a short stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the service is satisfactory. However, the interior is in need of a complete makeover. In the room where I stayed, the wall paint was peeling, which detracted from the overall experience.

Stayed 5 nights and the staff was very annoying. Not to mention the water coming out of the shower on the 2nd floor in front of the pool behind was very small. It felt like taking a shower in a light rain but the light rain was very small. I had extended it through the application but instead there was a knock on the door and the staff told me to check out the next day. Even though I extended it the night before. They said that in the group you should have checked out, meaning there was no clear communication between the staff that's why they knocked and opened the door from the outside. On the last day when I wanted to check out, there was a big cockroach in the room. I deliberately extended it because I had a sudden business and it happened to be raining. So I was a bit lazy to go out. Even though I had stayed here in 2015. But the service was not like this. Now it's annoying. The staff are all friendly, but what's annoying is that there is no clear communication between them. The receptionist should often check their email or system notifications in case someone extends. It's the same in other hotels. So there's no miscommunication between the receptionist and other staff. And there's no need to bang on the door, let alone be asked to check out.
