Setiap balik ke Jakarta selalu menginap di sini. Pelayanannya memuaskan, mas dan mba-nya ramah-ramah semua. Apalagi mas yang jaga malam, walaupun jam 2 pagi tetap kasih senyum dan ramah. Kelihatan yang kerja memang pakai hati. Makanannya juga enak.

This hotel located near Jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani (Ayani Mall and Mujahidin Mosque). I stay in single room, but for me the space is quite enough. The hotel and room are also clean and have the café in the first floor. So easy to order food by phone or just go to ground floor. If you are looking for friendly staff, good hospitality with the affordable price, Richard's home would be one of your bucket list to overnight in Pontianak.

The staff is friendly, and it's located on a smaller street, so it's less crowded and quiet. I came here during Eid to buy souvenirs to take home, and it's conveniently located from all directions.

If asked whether I would stay here again or not? The answer is YES! It's really worth the price, you could even say the quality is more than the price😭. I love the cleanliness, it's incredibly clean😍. You can see it in the photo, even the toilet walls are that clean😭😍. The atmosphere is calm, quiet, cool, if you want to eat you can just call, the price of the food is also worth it. The location is very strategic for those who are going to Ayani mall, you can even walk. Basically, I like everything here. Finding this hotel/inn is really my best find🥹. Hopefully the quality will continue to be maintained🤗♥️🤍. It's just a bit surprising because the deposit here can be said to be quite large, which is the price of booking a room so you need to prepare more money, the same here there was no water heater yesterday. Same if you bring parents or children, I think you should book a room on the 2nd floor so you don't get tired of going up, because you have to climb stairs. Overall I really love this place♥️

Good service, adequate facilities...no water heater for hot drinks. Location is close to Digulis Park and Megamall on Jl. A Yani. There was a slight problem with checking out due to towels. Hopefully, this will be addressed so it doesn't happen again.

The AC wasn't cold at all. I contacted the staff at night to have it fixed, but it didn't work until morning. Even sleeping felt like I was in a sauna, it was so hot, which is something the owner should evaluate. Oh yeah, I was just trying to sleep when I was suddenly disturbed by the banging on my room by a police officer on a raid. 😵‍💫
