This hotel located near Jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani (Ayani Mall and Mujahidin Mosque). I stay in single room, but for me the space is quite enough. The hotel and room are also clean and have the café in the first floor. So easy to order food by phone or just go to ground floor. If you are looking for friendly staff, good hospitality with the affordable price, Richard's home would be one of your bucket list to overnight in Pontianak.

The hotel was comfortable and highly recommended. However, the police raided my stay yesterday. The receptionist should have asked for clear documentation before check-in so they could distinguish between married and unmarried couples. As a result, the police raided my room at 2 a.m., which disrupted my rest.

Always stay here when I go to Pontianak. It's a budget hotel but worth it. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have complete amenities. However, there are a few things I think need improvement: the towels are very hard, and the TV channels are unstable, only one is on. Breakfast starts at 7:30. I had takeout, and the food was delicious and fresh. The only mirror is in the bathroom. The service is good, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Thank you.

Strategic location, good hotel staff, there is a deposit of 200 thousand, there was a miscommunication when checking in, I was informed that room 301, but it sounded like 307. Finally entered room 307, the problem arose when breakfast was about to be delivered to the room in the morning, waited for about 1 hour and the food did not arrive, finally called from the room to the hotel staff, the hotel staff informed that when the food was delivered to the room, there was no answer. I said I was/waiting in the room, after I reconfirmed about the food to be delivered to 307, the staff said we delivered it to 301, well here it started to be revealed, it turned out that when checking in, the key given to me was key 301 but could be opened at 307. The staff was surprised, and proved it himself to my room that the key could be opened at room 307. For this incident the staff immediately apologized and would report to management to recheck all the keys according to the room. Luckily I entered the wrong room, there were no other guests in the room and there were no other guests who came after me, if the guest when checking in was given room 307

The location is in an alley, but there's ample parking for cars and motorcycles. It's centrally located, making it a short walk to Ayani Megamall. There's a water dispenser near the stairs. It can be a bit noisy in the morning, but it's understandable because there's a school next door and it's located in a residential area.
