Absolutely amazing staff!! They all went above and beyond!! Breakfast was next level Amazing!! Special shout out to staff Mangde, Gek Tri, the twins Ana and Ani, Yoga and Agus, ita and Ari!! (The dream team!!) The pool area was Devine. The food was amazing, though prices were same as Australia. A fair bit away from anything (except GoKart track) but Gojek and Grab made this no worries!!

Royal Tulip Jimbaran is really cool, got free decor anniversary, I ordered a villa type that already has a private pool and a 2-story room, honestly for me and my husband this is too big hahaha but it's really good, the facilities are also super complete. Next time I go to Bali again, I will come here again.

My stay at this hotel raised serious concerns about privacy and security. In Room 611, at around 05:20 AM, I clearly heard footsteps above the ceiling, even though this room is on the top floor. This was extremely alarming. What concerned me the most was discovering that the combination lock on my luggage had changed, strongly suggesting that someone attempted to access it while I was out. Nothing was taken, but this should never happen in a hotel of this level. After being moved to Room 311, I found another visibility gap—this time on the side of the entrance door, allowing the inside of the room to be partially seen from outside. These issues indicate serious lapses in room privacy and guest safety. I strongly urge management to address the structural gaps, review security protocols, and ensure that such incidents never occur again.

The staff were very helpful and super friendly. Thank you for making herbal drinks (ginger, cinnamon, etc.). The room was very spacious, with lots of activities for the kids. The downside was the swimming pool, which wasn't very clean. It needed to be cleaned more regularly, as not only were there leaves and twigs, but the water also felt sandy.

Check-in/out was fast, and some additional requests were accommodated very well. Breakfast was delicious but not very varied. The pool was nice and the rooms were spacious. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle.

The staff were friendly and the location was perfect for me. The mattress was very uncomfortable (I think it is old and needs to be replaced) and the hot water kept running out so I couldn’t take a bath and there was barely enough for me to have a hot shower. Other than that it was good.

Second time coming to this hotel. The first time was during the new normal after covid. Complete facilities. Cleanliness and service are very good. Complete and delicious breakfast. Cool atmosphere and very privacy. Friendly staff. Will definitely come again

Have stayed here several times because this is indeed one of the children's favorite hotels. But this time I had a bad experience. When I had just checked in, the toilet was broken and had to call a technician to fix it. The room card (room key) could not open the room several times, had no choice but to go back and forth to the front office and somehow, the front office was not friendly in dealing with their mistakes.

large room, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, friendly staff. spacious bathroom has a fairly large bathtub and shower. Hot water is available anytime. Only when we checked in at 15.15 but the room was not ready, but while waiting in the room, bread with several rada variants and welcome drinks were provided. The place we stayed in room 605, the view was the swimming pool and restaurant the swimming pool is very large, there is a children's pool and an adult pool. The menu at the restaurant is very varied. for breakfast for our 2 children aged 9 and 11 years there is an additional charge of 100 thousand per head. there is a billiard table near the restaurant. the fun thing here is that every day there is a schedule of additional activities such as yoga etc.

Dirty room and toilet, kettle didn't work change to old rusty kettle. Compare to the price is not worth. Food is OK, but could be better staff also friendly
