Easy check in and check out process with the help of friendly staff. Staff service is very good and full of smiles, very friendly. Children's play area can only be in the swimming pool. There are no other children's activities. Room facilities and cleanliness are satisfactory. Breakfast has many variations of menus and tastes good, especially the waffles are delicious, suitable for children. There is also a mini zoo here, such as rabbits, peacocks, guinea fowl and fantail pigeons. It is shady here because there are many trees. Thank you for the service. 🙏

Strategic location, affordable price without breakfast. Unfortunately, I booked a non-smoking room, but upon arrival, the room smelled of cigarettes. Luckily, the receptionist, Tommy, responded quickly and immediately exchanged for another room. However, towels weren't available. I didn't know where to turn the lights on. I stayed here because I wanted to swim the next morning. I got off at 6:30, but the pool was dirty and full of small animals. Although the water was clean. The next operating hour is 6. It should be clean.

lots of bad point on my review first room condition was smell cigarette, second pool condition was terrible my feet was got scratches due the pool floor was terrible, third no bandages in hotel area ? are you kidding me ? fourth I asked more towel at midnight, bcs I arrived in the midnight and I got only 1. however the towel was arrived in the morning, lack of problem solving. fortunately the food was good. I understand this is old hotel, and luxury hotel at that time, please maintain back like when it was freshly opening, you really need renovation.

This hotel is really good, 👏🏻 It's really underrated because of its rating, even though it's actually really good! 300 thousand can get a bathtub, a room that big, clean, lots of closet space etc, super complete amenities, friendly staff and employees, it really suits its status as a 4-star hotel with a classic feel, I really like it!! Please maintain the cleanliness, the friendliness, the surrounding gardens, it's really worth every penny!! 🔥 Definitely will come back again, the atmosphere is really beautiful, the AC is cold, the point is it's good!✨

We booked two rooms with connecting doors because we were bringing three children. Although the hotel is old, the cleanliness is top-notch. The rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped (TV, although not Android TV, hair dryer, bathtub, refrigerator, etc.). There's a mini zoo, swings, a swimming pool, and a gym. The breakfast menu is varied and quite tasty. There's an extra charge for our 5-year-old child, around 60,000 Rupiah. It's definitely worth staying here, with the price per room around 350,000 Rupiah, including breakfast.

For a staycation in Bekasi, it's quite good. The lobby area is clean and fragrant. Although the interior is exclusive for its time, it is still well-maintained. The elevator is still comfortable and functioning well, but the corridor area leading to the rooms needs to be improved in terms of cleanliness and interior maintenance. The room facilities are still okay, still comfortable to sleep in, although the door area needs some repair. The swimming pool area is very pleasant, unlike the one in Cikarang.
