A little story, on October 12, 2025, I stayed for 1 night at the Sans Diemdi Kiara Condong hotel because of a grieving family matter in Bandung. Because I had to leave early in the morning in a bit of a hurry, I left my jacket in the room and last Saturday, October 25, 2025, I had the opportunity to go to Bandung again with my family and I came to the Sans Diemdi Hotel to meet with Mba Anggi and some of her team. I asked if I had left my jacket behind and thank God it was still kept and even laundered by them, very impressed and respectful to the Sans Diemdi Kiara Condong team for their loyalty and good service to customers, I say thank you very much 🙏

The hotel is very dirty, there was renovation yesterday, my staff booked it and it was not suitable to sleep in. My staff had to check out at 3 am because there was noise from people renovating, there was no responsibility and no idea, very disappointing.

There was hair on the mattress, as if it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly enough, it was suffocating, and the cloth and towels looked like they hadn't been changed in ages.

The room lights are dark, the walls are rotten and leaking, the TV remote is broken, the water heater sometimes works sometimes doesn't, the sink is leaking, the wifi is good, the bed is comfortable, the AC is nice and cold but sometimes it makes a long, scratchy sound, I got 4 bottles of drinking water during my 4-day stay, room cleaning service was only once in 4 days, the worst thing is the parking lot, maybe because it's being renovated, my car's glass and roof were splashed with water from the carport above the parking lot which can't be removed if I don't go to a special car window cleaning service, the staff at the reception & security guard didn't give any warning either, overall it's not very comfortable, even though if the above aspects didn't happen it could be a very comfortable place to stay because of its strategic location, there's also a Watson next to the hotel so I can eat snacks and hang out comfortably
