The parking lot is cramped, there's no lobby, and we arrived during a downpour, so we all got drenched. Even though the security was on hand, they were overwhelmed trying to handle everything on their own. The windows couldn't be locked, so the rainwater got into the room, and the AC couldn't be adjusted to its temperature.

Not bad, just a bit smelly in the bathroom, the rest is okay

The room was damp and moldy, the bathroom was slippery and smelled musty, the front office staff were rude and not friendly at all, the motorbike parking at the back once locked took 20-25 minutes waiting for security to open it because they were not on standby in the parking lot (had to go back to the front to inform the receptionist to open the back gate), the room AC was not cold at all, it was like normal air without AC, the tap was crusty, the bathroom walls were also crusty, the towels were shabby, basically if it wasn't because of an event near Kircon & other hotels weren't full I probably wouldn't have booked this hotel, (I dare to review this in detail because I stayed for 4 days), and I had requested for the bathroom to be scrubbed but it still wasn't cleaned every time the cleaning service cleaned it.

It's suitable, according to the price and right in the middle of the city

The room was stuffy, poorly maintained, and the pillowcases were dirty and unsightly. With a nightly rate of over 500,000 Rupiah, I'd consider returning.

I stayed here while it was under renovation, so it wasn't very comfortable. The outside area was dirty and a bit scary because I passed a room that was being renovated. In fact, I bumped into a construction iron while checking out... But it seems like once it's tidied up, it would be great for backpackers. The room is quite adequate (for a single room), the air conditioning is cool, it's close to Kiaracondong station, and there's a minimarket and restaurant nearby. The downsides are the lack of a bath mat, no hangers in the bathroom, the sheets looked worn, although they didn't smell, but they didn't smell good either. Unfortunately, you could hear the noise outside, and the door also had a mat and was difficult to close, making it noisy. Overall, it's still okay for a quick stopover.

It's really nice to be close to the station, so it's easy to get around.

A little story, on October 12, 2025, I stayed for 1 night at the Sans Diemdi Kiara Condong hotel because of a grieving family matter in Bandung. Because I had to leave early in the morning in a bit of a hurry, I left my jacket in the room and last Saturday, October 25, 2025, I had the opportunity to go to Bandung again with my family and I came to the Sans Diemdi Hotel to meet with Mba Anggi and some of her team. I asked if I had left my jacket behind and thank God it was still kept and even laundered by them, very impressed and respectful to the Sans Diemdi Kiara Condong team for their loyalty and good service to customers, I say thank you very much 🙏

The hotel is very dirty, there was renovation yesterday, my staff booked it and it was not suitable to sleep in. My staff had to check out at 3 am because there was noise from people renovating, there was no responsibility and no idea, very disappointing.

There are cockroaches in the room, I booked 2 rooms, 22 of them had cockroaches.. no wifi, only a few TV channels..
