A very helpful receptionist, Andre, gave medicine to my daughter when he noticed she had flu symptoms. It was very lovely to have such care from the staff. Also, we won a prize via lottery organized by the Hotel Santorini. Beautiful memory for my kid ❤️

It was a very pleasant stay for 1 night here, the place is super aesthetic, the service is also friendly, next time if I go to Gili T I will stay here again🤩👍

I only stayed here for 1 night because I had already booked another hotel for tomorrow, but if I had the chance, I would have loved to have stayed longer. The staff were very friendly, even to local guests. We even checked in at 12 noon and they allowed us to. The first impression of this hotel is very aesthetic in every corner. The room and bathroom were clean, although not too spacious, but comfortable. You can refill water as much as you like at the reception, there is even infused water! There is a free movie night in front of the hotel on the beach with delicious cocktails at affordable prices (happy hour).

The hotel is really nice and clean. You can also rent bikes from the hotel, so don't worry, guys. As soon as you leave the hotel, you'll be right at the beach 😍

When we checked in, we waited a while because the receptionist was handling a complaint from another guest. Two receptionists handled the complaint together while our family waited in a daze. Although they apologized, I think time management and task allocation could have been improved. They also grumbled about other guests' complaints in front of us.
The room was clean, and the environment was clean, but I felt there were a few details missing, like a doormat at the entrance. We had just come from the beach, wondering how to keep the floor clean when we went to the bathroom, as the doormat was the only one there. The floor became dirty and sticky with seawater.
Furthermore, even though we only stayed one night, I hoped the front of our room would be clean in the morning when we left. Perhaps the cleaning service could have swept and cleaned the small table in front of the room, but unfortunately, they didn't. There was a lot of sand and a dirty table.
When I return, I hope things have changed.

The hotel is quite far from the harbor, about 20 minutes if you walk, or about 10 minutes if you ride a bike. It's comfortable and not noisy. I deliberately chose the one that was far away so I could sleep well. The only thing is there's no refrigerator in the room, otherwise it's okay.

absolutely disgusting. so on the 2nd day something happened and the smell of sewage overflowed and poured into the rooms. staff were unhelpful.

I arrived early from the check in time but staff was prompt to accommodate me. The resort looks very colorful and clean and gives you a homey feeling. The staff was always helpful and attentive every time I was around. The kitchen was a bit slow but the food taste nice. Shall there be another opportunity to visit the island, I surely will chose Santorini again.

The staff is kind and helpful. Emma and Haq always welcome me with a big smile. The location is a 30 minutes walk from the harbour, so we rented bikes to get there. If you bring lots of luggage, you need to rent a horse carriage. Overall, it's a good place to stay considering that the main attraction is the beach and the whole area.

We were 2 nights there and it was so lovely, we love the place honestly. We didn't try any food because we were eating around the island all the time. In general, we love the place. Bad thing, we rented 2 bikes in the port and we parked in the Santorini's parking and just before leaving the place, we realized that someone stole one of our bikes, so be careful with that because we had to come back to the port with a big backpack walking because of this.
