a very helpful receptionist Andre gave medicine to my daughter when he noticed she have flue symptoms. It was very lovely to have such care from the staff. Also we won a prize via lottery organized by the hotel Santorini. Beautiful memory for my kid ❤️

We were 2 nights there and it was so lovely, we love the place honestly. We didn't try any food because we were eating around the island all the time. In general, we love the place. Bad thing, we rented 2 bikes in the port and we parked in the Santorini's parking and just before to leave the place, we realized that someone stole one of our bikes, so careful with that because we had to come back to the port with a big backpack walking because of this.

the hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is beautiful and aesthetic. clean. as soon as you enter the room it smells good and is cool. the hotel is located in an area that is not too crowded but not too quiet either. the location is close to aesthetic cafes

Nice accommodation and good staff all around to assist us. We enjoy the two night stay and the price are not pricy at all. Rent their bicycle, it makes your transportation so much easier.

The staff's response was slow at that time, the room was dusty, I asked to borrow a broom, but the staff said they would call housekeeping, but after waiting for a long time, no one came, finally my sister went back and finally borrowed a broom because it took so long to arrive.

Mr. Andre is very helpful, thank you Mr. Andre for being my stay with my family much easier.

Overall, the accommodation is very comfortable, clean, the air conditioning is cold, the facilities are great, the staff is super nice and ready to be asked anything about food recommendations to the best sunset view on Gili Trawangan 😁👍🏻.

Definitely will come back here! Staffs are very friendly. The surrounding is the best and the beach is infront of the hotel. Would recommended to family and friends!

Too bad it's not well maintained. The door to the room is also hard to open and close. Dirty and looks old.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the super friendly receptionist Cici, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They also rent bicycles so you don't need to bother looking for a bicycle. The bedroom and bathroom are super clean and impeccable 😅. The hotel area and pool are also super clean. Thanks Santorini, will come back here again 😊.

The male staff are very friendly and fast. It is quite far from the harbor but for the location and facilities, it's okay. I think you need additional floor towels, especially if you stay for more than a day.
