Moved to an affiliate property when our reservation could not be fulfilled. We were given more than adequate warning. Management was very accommodating. Putu was our point of contact and was just wonderful. Ok for late arrival. Near main streets yet very quiet. Property has been well used but was clean and very friendly for a family. Beds and kitchen were very good. Water pressure was unreliable, but that's not the facility issue. Otherwise, would definitely return.

I had an incredible 15-day stay at the villa in Bali, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. Kuta truly made my experience unforgettable with his warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness. He went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, making me feel completely at home. The street to get into the villa is so small. It's very hard for a car get inside the villa.

Good property for 2 or 3 family of 4. Bit costly but if in a group than you can share the rent. Make sure you confirm your dates with the Property manager before you land there as I had an issue of my originally booked villa hasn’t been given to me for first three nights due to some misunderstanding between expedia and property management and I had to transfer after three nights to my original villa. They have provided me another villa belong to them for first 3 nights. Cleanliness is good but due to open plan kitchen, ants and lizards are found in kitchen area. Microwave is not provided which i feel that. Should be there.. Anie who was providing cleaning, laundry and arranging other requests was fabulous and she was replying promptly. Property manager was property replying to my messages. Overall a good experience staying in this villa.

Like it that it has a pool, the 3 rooms and bathrooms are spacious, while the liv din area is big. There is some issue with plumbing here & there and air conditioning when we checked in. Our Check in was halted due to repair works on leaking issue with property management initially offering to send us to another villa temporary. Problem was resolved subsequently. Housekeeper was attentive and polite. Overall a Nice place for a relaxing stay. Walk to Main Eat street with many restaurants is approx 10mins or so. Surrounding of the villa is quiet though. More options on breakfast can be offered. 2 mini Convenience stores just along the road which makes it. There is 2 restaurants just outside the villa vicinity. The one called Sangsaka sited opposite the road outside, it opens for dinner only, food is very tasty, good quality, a little fine dining style, a must try.
