Moved to an affiliate property when our reservation could not be fulfilled. We were given more than adequate warning. Management was very accommodating. Putu was our point of contact and was just wonderful. Ok for late arrival. Near main streets yet very quiet. Property has been well used but was clean and very friendly for a family. Beds and kitchen were very good. Water pressure was unreliable, but that's not the facility issue. Otherwise, would definitely return.

I had an incredible 15-day stay at the villa in Bali, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. Kuta truly made my experience unforgettable with his warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness. He went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, making me feel completely at home. Thanks to Kuta, my stay was not just comfortable but truly memorable. I can’t wait to return and experience the same outstanding service again. Highly recommend!

Kak Putu who helped clean the good performance friendly clean agile and informative. Villa comfortable clean. For others, there was a little problem I should have checked in on April 11, 24. And arrived at the location at 8 pm because of traffic jams. When I arrived at the villa it was said I could not check in and had contacted the traveloka to be connected to me but there was no response. While we traveled far from Malang by car the conditions were already night and tired. The villa provided a temporary replacement villa at the yoga villa behind the coup which was uncomfortable hot and had lots of mosquitoes and there were only 2 rooms. The villa also responded a bit rudely on the phone. Maybe because I was tired. Please help in the future for problems like this, both from traveloka, please pay more attention to things like this. And the villa also improves its service so that problems like this do not happen again. Thank you. In the future if I want to stay in the Seminyak area, I will come back here. But don't want the drama of not being able to check in again.
