I have stayed here many times, Hotel Seruni is indeed environmentally friendly, comfortable for a staycation, the environment is clean, the staff are also very friendly, I always stay at Seruni when I go to Puncak.

The hotel is really cool, magnificent, spacious, unique, and has a very distinctive character. The hotel staff are all friendly, the facilities are complete, and the view from the front of the room is really cool... and the room is really spacious, very ethnic.. Very kids friendly, and the best thing is there is a dance performance on Saturday night.. Cool. This hotel is really recommended... and if I go to the Puncak area I will definitely come to this hotel again... Cool cool cool..

This is my second time coming here with my wife and kids. It's fun riding motorcycles, with parking close to the lobby and rooms. The family is always happy. The staff, housekeeping staff, and security are very friendly, befitting a star-rated hotel. The breakfast is varied and relatively good. However, because I stayed on a weekday, I didn't find any waffles. God willing, I'll come back again, as my wife and kids can't get over Seruni Hotel and ask to come back again and again.

The bathtub doesn't have a lid, so it can't be used for soaking in the Seruni Salak room; it's just an accessory. Breakfast for children over 5 years old is an additional 120,000 Rupiah, which is odd. The taste is also ordinary, and should have been explained at the beginning. Boring.

My first stay here, it turns out the hotel is 20 hectares wide and has 9 swimming pools. Walking around every corner can make your legs and knees cramp. It's highly recommended for families. The breakfast is quite tasty and the hotel area is very clean. The family is very satisfied.

reception is very difficult to call especially the restaurant, repeatedly called no one answered whether they wanted to or not had to call reception first to be connected to the restaurant. ordered nasi timbel and fish & chips, the sour vegetables in the nasi timbel were very sweet and the meat was very dry and the worst thing was the fish & chips the fish tasted like mud and when I complained they said that it was gourami fish that tasted like that I thought I've never eaten gourami, even though it was gourami how could it taste like mud and there was no problem solving from the restaurant
