Kids-friendly hotel, very satisfied with my 2-night stay here, satisfied to try the swimming pool, there are 9 pools, there are also Balinese dance performances on weekends, the room is cool like using AC, basically it is really worth it to stay here for children, the best.

The hotel is really cool, magnificent, spacious, unique, and has a very distinctive character. The hotel staff are all friendly, the facilities are complete, and the view from the front of the room is really cool... and the room is really spacious, very ethnic.. Very kids friendly, and the best thing is there is a dance performance on Saturday night.. Cool. This hotel is really recommended... and if I go to the Puncak area I will definitely come to this hotel again... Cool cool cool..

This is my second time coming here with my wife and kids. It's fun riding motorcycles, with parking close to the lobby and rooms. The family is always happy. The staff, housekeeping staff, and security are very friendly, befitting a star-rated hotel. The breakfast is varied and relatively good. However, because I stayed on a weekday, I didn't find any waffles. God willing, I'll come back again, as my wife and kids can't get over Seruni Hotel and ask to come back again and again.

good ambience 🫶🏻, overall staying here is quite pleasant, there is a mini zoo and a playground, swimming pools are also varied, there is a mini waterpark, jogging track, breakfast is quite varied.

The hotel staff was great. It was very quiet on a weekday, and the pool was also empty. The food was quite varied. The room was clean, cool, and had a great view of the mountains. Check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but we got an earlier check-in, probably because it was a weekday.

The bathtub doesn't have a lid, so it can't be used for soaking in the Seruni Salak room; it's just an accessory. Breakfast for children over 5 years old is an additional 120,000 Rupiah, which is odd. The taste is also ordinary, and should have been explained at the beginning. Boring.
