Very pleasant and calm atmosphere and beautiful clean environment. Only the pick-up at check-out time is quite long, almost 1 hour waiting in line to be picked up. Overall, everything is okay and good.

Will definitely come again. Super service, starting from the receptionist, the ladies / men in the restaurant. Ms. Emma is very friendly, providing detailed information about the menu at the restaurant, helping us when we chose outdoor but then it was drizzling, Ms. Emma helped carry the plates inside (there were six of us so there were a lot of orders). Will definitely come again.

The garden of the resort is beautiful but my 1st room was dirty (false eyelashes on the nightstand from a previous tourist, many stains on the beds and cushions). They gave me a bigger bedroom but one of the beds also had stains and during the night the toilet shower broke so the bathroom was wet and I couldn't use the toilets. All these problems were solved in around 1h and the bed sheets were changed for cleaner ones.

To order a shuttle takes a while and it's better if there are still empty seats in the shuttle, it's better if there are people going in the same direction, just take them so you don't have to wait too long for the shuttle.

A comfortable hotel for families with good facilities for children. The only downside is that when swimming in the Jayakatqang pool in the afternoon, there are no towels provided and the bathroom is dark, so it's uncomfortable to use in the afternoon. Other than that, it's okay and can be an option for a staycation with family.
