My husband and I stayed at Sheraton Beach Resort, Kuta, Bali from 10th to 12th of October. We were a bit disappointed when we got to know we have no ocean views as I booked the room with ocean view in June for my baby’s birthday, but we couldn’t go as my dog was really sick, so we postponed the hotel to October around my birthday on the 11th. I requested for an upgrade and I was willing to pay for it. But sadly their hotel was fully booked. The room was nice and sufficient. But when we walked into the room on the evening of 11th I was surprised to find it beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with banner and balloons and cards and flowers, and they even left a tiny cake in the refrigerator for me! It was very touching and exciting at the same time. I would recommend this hotel as the service is great and the staff is courteous and kind. Thank you

The hotel is very homey. I love the ambiance, the friendliness of the staffs, and the swimming pool. One of the best in Bali! Very strategic too. However, I wish there were more spices/flavors on the food for breakfast because a few of the food are a little bland.
