Central location 15 mins walk to beach and shopping centre. Pool and deck need a update and better maintenance. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast is limited and gets boring after a few days.

The property was convenient to some places. Rooftop pool had cracked tiles which could cut a person. Drain inside pool didn’t have a cover. If i was not looking down, i would have hurt myself. Decking was uneven with gaps between wooden slabs. Pool bar was never open. Clearly not your idea of rooftop swim up pool bars. Bar on street level only serves Bintangs. We were told hotel does not serve alcohol, which was very disappointing. Breakfast the same thing everyday, no variety like cornflakes, muesli and yogurt. Rooms were clean. Fridge was off when we checked in after midnight. You would have thought they would switched it on knowing that they had guests coming that day. The bathroom is so small 2 adults can't fit in there at the same time. Needless to say, i will not be staying at this hotel again. The staff were really nice though.
