Central location 15 mins walk to beach and shopping centre. Pool and deck need a update and better maintenance. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast is limited and gets boring after a few days.

The incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming staff are a credit to the hotel. However, our room was very noisy due to it sounding as though the water system was constantly refilling and because we are just off a busy main road - we could hear karaoke late into the night and could hear the noise from the hotel restaurant during breakfast hours. The rooms are not sound proofed, so noisy guests in the corridor can be heard very easily. Bits of unaligned wallpaper and filler in the shower door hinge that hasn't been concealed made the room feel less than 4 star. Breakfast gave authentic Indonesian options but fairly limited for vegans. The restaurant is open and airy, beautiful for dining. The hotel is very close walking distance to 3 beaches and conveniently located to reach other areas of Bali by car.
