very comfortable room, clean, big, suit for family with a kid. I got room with beach view, so there is 2 balcony , our kids are love it. the food is delicious and there is a lot of variant. the location is near to everything. our mom like it so close to the market

One of the best priced yet well-maintained properties in Pangandaran. East Beach is right next to the hotel whereas West Beach is within walking distance. Room was clean enough, except for the bathroom mat. Breakfast was just okay on our first day (all eggs on the menu) but became more lavish the next day, perhaps because there were more people staying due to public holiday. They provided an electric kettle in the room but strangely no tea/coffee sachets. Pool was clean and spacious, so was the garden, with plenty of showers to wash off from the beach. Would likely stay here again in Pangandaran.

The staff is quick and friendly, it's a really comfortable vacation here, the private pool makes the kids happy even though they can't go to the beach because of the heavy rain.
It's really worth it for a family vacation.

My second stay here, but I was disappointed. When I entered the room, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There were tons of dirty stains on the sheets. There were cigarette ash in the sink, mosquitoes, and a lot of dust that hadn't been swept.

I stayed on the 2nd floor, rooms F27 and F28. We were all itchy after sleeping there. The itching was still there until the 3rd day. Our feet were covered in bumps. We went to the doctor... he said we were bitten by fleas. The smell of the mattress was also unpleasant, like it was wet. The sheets were shabby. There were lots of ants and animals in the room. Also the bathroom. Please pay attention to the hotel management

Actually everything is okay, our family always stays at SBH. We are happy with the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast served, and the hotel atmosphere.
Price: friendly (quite pocket-friendly)
Facilities: quite okay
It's just that there are many ants in the room, the window glass is blurry, the balcony is dirty, the first day the floor is slippery and the coffee/tea/sugar is not refilled.
Please the management pay more attention especially to the condition of the room. 🙏
