direct view of the beach but the toilet is lolong, just give camphor, otherwise it's ok

Thank you for the free upgrade from a standard room to a deluxe room... A more spacious room with a balcony, with a total of 3 double beds, is more than enough for a family...

C22 is my second favorite room after C21... Vacations with my extended family are so memorable because I can share a room with my parents... Hopefully, I can vacation with my extended family again next year...

Thank you for another memorable experience in room C21... The FO allowed me to get room C21 because it's my favorite room for the best view of the east coast... Next trip, hopefully, I'll be in C21 again...

The room's balcony directly overlooks the east coast, with a sunrise view 🥰, and the pool is really nice with warm water. The breakfast is awesome.

Highly recommended, the hotel's location directly faces East Beach at the rear. There's pedestrian access to East Beach, near the seafood restaurant next door. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is exceptionally delicious.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is delicious, but unfortunately there is no prayer room, so if you want to pray, you are a bit confused about where to pray because you didn't bring a prayer robe.

Stayed for 2 nights, and was told to choose and move rooms, saying it was the system. The customer knew they only had available rooms. It was a hassle. They took the one with the floating bed. When asked which one was the floating bed, they told them to choose the day/date. This wasn't provided at check-in. When asked to choose the first day, they told them it wasn't ready yet and had to prepare the ingredients. Then, when they moved rooms, the blanket wasn't changed; it was still dirty, and they only returned the dirty part inside.

This hotel is not a new hotel, there are some parts/sections that are damaged but not disturbing and seem natural. Supported by the friendliness of the hotel staff who are fast response and professional ... Among the hotels in Pangandaran that we have visited and stayed, this hotel is worth the price and facilities (note: I am not endorsed and the testimonials are as they are), for us Sunrise Beach Hotel Pangandaran has become one of the best and favorite hotels in Pangandaran ... Staying 2 nights here as a family of 4 was very pleasant and suitable for rest or staycation (We were in room C1)... And maybe if we go on vacation again to Pangandaran, we will consider it again and recommend it to others. Hopefully this hotel will continue to be maintained and cared for and its service will be further improved and remain the best in Pangandaran. The staff is quick and friendly, it's a really comfortable vacation here, the private pool makes the kids happy even though they can't go to the beach because of the heavy rain. It's really worth it for a family vacation. Thanks sunrise ❤️
